Gordon Model with Helmet for SMOD (SMOD 38+)
This is a Gordon Freeman Model with a helmet ready to be installed into SMOD. Download and read the documentation on the above plain Gordon model to find instruction on how to get visible player body to work as well as SMODs movie/action camera settings. Read the readme.txt. I recommend downloading my configs and using them for the camera settings.
Zombie 2 Model Pack (SMOD 39b+ or SMOD Tactical Delta 5)
This is a pack of skins for the zombie2 character. If you have SMOD Delta 5 then you do need to copy over / install the npc_replace_model.txt file in the scripts folder.
SMOD Model Pack
This is a pack of models that can be used in the Mapadd Generator version 2.3 or greater. Some of the better objects can be spawned via the "Extra Objects" tab under the objects tab in the Mapadd Generator. The rest of the models in here can be spawned via the "Customer Objects" tab in the Mapadd Generator.
Infinite Lives Hack
Since SMOD takes forever to load, Henley (http://www.smod-tactical.com/forums/profile.php?id=1005) asked if there was a way to respawn after dying. I thought it was impossible until serpent (http://www.smod-tactical.com/forums/profile.php?id=295)
thought of some smod commands to make it happen. While serpents
commands let you respawn, if you are using the lua from my mapadd
generator, the enemies stoped respawning after you die. I found a fix
for it, which unfortunately involves hand changes to the lua since I
lost the source code to the mapadd generator. Basically you respawn
after dying, and can in theory have an infinte game of smod with
infinte random respawning enemies.
The lua file that you would change is found in the mapadd directory and should been generated beforehand by the mapadd generator
Here is the text file with the instructions
